To register and maintain an account on win36, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming platforms.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of win36 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from win36 or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform, unless that exclusion period has formally lapsed.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

win36 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, or age verification documents. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the win36 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must notify win36 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach affecting your credentials.
• win36 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any messaging platform. Any request for your password purportedly from win36 should be treated as fraudulent.
• win36 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point, including at the time of withdrawal, through document verification (KYC) in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.

All transactions on the win36 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). win36 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, PNB, and InstaPay, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 via e-wallet; ₱200 via bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day, subject to bank operating hours.
• win36 does not accept cash deposits or third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• win36 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding thresholds stipulated under PAGCOR and AMLA guidelines.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if your account is under security review, pending KYC verification, or subject to a bonus wagering requirement.

win36 is not responsible for delays in crediting caused by your bank or e-wallet provider, network outages, or force majeure events beyond win36's reasonable control.

win36 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that will be published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all win36 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. win36 reserves the right to restrict or exclude any Player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, each bonus requires fulfilment of a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is used first when placing bets; bonus funds are applied thereafter, unless otherwise specified.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, collusion, or other fraudulent methods will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings.
• win36 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on win36 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, which are accessible within each game interface or sportsbook market. The following general betting rules apply across all win36 products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. win36 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a verified technical error by win36's platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits may be adjusted by win36 at any time without notice.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or miscalculation by win36, win36 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts.
• For live sports betting, odds are subject to change in real time. A bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed, not at the time it is initiated.
• win36 retains the right to suspend any market, game, or event at any time, including during live play, if there is evidence of irregularity, match manipulation, or breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win36 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, or device.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with win36 games, place bets, or manipulate outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the win36 platform to launder money or fund any illegal activity in violation of the AMLA and applicable Philippine law.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location to gain access to the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, game bugs, or system errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards win36 staff or other players.

win36 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all its platforms and products. 21+ Access to win36 is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years and above. win36 actively enforces this limit through age verification at registration and at the point of first withdrawal.

win36 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible directly from the account settings page:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount deposited into their win36 account.
• Loss limits: Players may set limits on net losses over defined time periods.
• Session reminders: Players may set alerts to notify them of time spent on the platform.
• Cool-off periods: Players may temporarily suspend their account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Players may permanently or indefinitely self-exclude from win36. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the win36 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, audio, and visual assets — is the proprietary intellectual property of win36 or its licensed content providers. No content from the win36 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, or exploited for any purpose without the express prior written consent of win36.

win36 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not convey any ownership rights over the platform or its content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, win36 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the win36 platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, including during scheduled maintenance windows or due to force majeure events.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes resulting from a third-party game provider's platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by payment processors, banks, or telecommunications providers.

win36's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your win36 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

win36 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By registering on win36, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

win36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, win36 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent platform notice at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the win36 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage Players to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact win36's support team to seek an amicable resolution. win36 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all Player complaints within five (5) business days.
